A.)  Call or visit with potential buyers every day and tell them about your home to actively find a buyer for your property

B.)  Professionally photograph, 360 photograph and video your home to ensure MAXIMUM online exposure.

C.)  Send an email “E-Blast” to all Local MLS agents and Non-MLS agents with the new listing info or when any terms change for the listing

D.)  Submit your property to the Local Multiple Listing Service and Grand Forks Multiple Listing Service.

H.)  Actively promote your listing across social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube with unique posts that stand out and with premium paid placements

I.)  If terms are acceptable to the broker, promote your listing with Google Targeted Ads to make sure you home show up in premium placement on search results.

A.)  Contact every agent that shows your property and provide you with his/her feedback through our transaction report system, if we’re able to obtain the information from the showing agent

B.)  Provide you with a copy of all advertising via the transaction report

C.)  Constantly update you with any changes in the market that may affect the sale of your home.

D.)  Send you regularly scheduled reports from the Multiple Listing Service showing you how your home is performing online
